Empowering medical professionals with reliable, innovative equipment to enhance diagnostics, treatment accuracy, and patient care quality
Automated blister and box dispensing system built to redefine pharmaceutical efficiency. Every step, from picking and packing to labeling and delivery, is designed to bring precision, speed, and consistency to your workflow.
DDS supports a wide range of blister and box shapes and sizes. Each new blister and box type is evaluated for compatibility, ensuring optimal handling and reliable performance across diverse packaging formats.
Whether it’s an individual blister, or a bundle of them, DDS adapts seamlessly. Blisters are gently and accurately picked and packed into resealable bags with customisable labels according to prescription and order priority.
Next generation of automated dispensing. Designed to transform the way we pick, pack, and label medication, BDS brings intelligence and precision to every step — so your workflow moves seamlessly from carton to completion.
With the 3-Layer Carton Stacker, loading is effortless. Just place your cartons of medication and let BDS take care of the rest. Each carton is automatically scanned and verified through integrated barcode recognition for total accuracy and traceability.
Once verified, the Bottle Transfer Mechanism delicately unloads each item. A high-precision Robot Arm Pick & Place Unit then organizes every bottle and box into dedicated storage columns, automatically sorted by size and type to ensure no mix-ups in batch or expiry.
When a prescription order arrives, BDS knows exactly what to do. The robotic arm retrieves the right product, while the Label Pasting Module applies a customisable label directly onto each item, flawlessly aligned every time.
From there, every completed package glides along the Transport Conveyor to its destination point, ready for assembly into DPAS. What once took minutes of manual handling now happens in moments — faster, safer, smarter.

STAR is a Smart Storage solution that is integrated into the pharmacy network. It temporarily stores, reads and consolidates completed RFID-tagged totes from other automated systems.
STAR automatically assembles, retrieves, and delivers the right medication totes to the right dispensing counters, guided by STAR’s own intelligent control system. For urgent or priority cases, STAR introduces a Fast/Emergency Queue Lane, enabling users to send medication totes directly to dispensing counters in record time.
Missed queues or empty totes? No problem. STAR streamlines the return process through dedicated Missed-Queue and Empty Tote Return Lanes, ensuring the entire system stays organized, fluid, and ready for the next task.

ASRS is a Smart Storage and Retreival solution that features four intelligent counters: two for dispensing and two for restocking, each equipped with multiple electronically locked drawers. Only one drawer opens at any time, guided by Rxpress synchronization and LED indicators, ensuring accurate restocking and dispensing.
Every ASRS installation is custom-fitted to the pharmacy's operational requirements, offering flexible configurations from 200 to 500 storage bins per machine. And even while running at full performance, noise levels remain low, preserving a calm, professional environment for pharmacy staff and patients alike.
Speed meets reliability in retrieving and delivering totes, while minimising idle time and maximising uptime. Even during dispensing, ASRS allows top-ups on the fly, ensuring continuous operation during pharmacy hours.
Ensure your medical equipment stays accurate, safe, and fully operational with our Preventive Maintenance Service. Our certified technicians conduct thorough inspections, cleaning, calibration, and testing to prevent unexpected failures and extend the life of your devices.
DPAS consolidates drug packages from other integrated systems: Ziploc bags, bottles, and boxes, through a unified network of Transport Conveyors. Each item flows effortlessly into DPAS, where automation takes over to collate every prescription by patient Rx number, ready for quick and accurate dispensing.
Once a prescription is fully collated, the patient’s queue number/ tote ID appears on the queue display monitor. This visual cue directs the picker straight to the correct pigeonhole, ensuring fast and accurate handovers.
When the correct tote is validated, DPAS instantly validates the action and frees up the pigeonhole, making it immediately available for the next prescription. It’s a smooth, closed-loop process that minimizes downtime and maximizes throughput

MAP serves as the central hub that links every robotic system within the pharmacy network. It ensures that all data, commands, and updates move seamlessly across different machines and software. By coordinating communication in real time, MAP keeps every process, from prescription receipt to medication dispensing, running smoothly and accurately.
Different robotic systems often use their own communication formats, which can make integration difficult. MAP solves this by integrating multiple languages into a singular unified platform. This allows every robot, regardless of language or file transfer format, to communicate with MAP, allowing for easy coordination and scalability.
MAP’s built-in logic automatically sends each prescription or task to the most suitable robot. Whether it’s dispensing, labeling, or sorting medications, MAP directs the workflow based on task type and current system load. This smart routing keeps operations efficient and ensures faster turnaround times.
Behind the scenes, MAP manages all tasks through a dynamic queue system. It prioritizes urgent orders, balances workloads between machines, and minimizes idle time. By optimizing the flow of commands, MAP ensures consistent performance even during peak hours.
MAP constantly monitors the operational status of every connected system. It tracks performance, detects potential issues early, and provides real-time updates to maintenance teams. This proactive monitoring helps prevent downtime, ensuring that the entire pharmaceutical ecosystem stays reliable and responsive.
MAP gives administrators full control over system integration and workflow settings. Changes, such as connecting new systems, adjusting communication rules, or fine-tuning performance parameters, can be made directly within the platform. This flexibility allows pharmacies to quickly adapt to evolving technologies and operational needs with minimal disruption.
